Summer dinners

Thanks to the hard work of the farmers at the Brook Farm Project, I barely have to go grocery shopping anymore.  We can't get enough of the farm fresh, just picked, organic veggies.  Last night we picked up our week's share -- beets (with the greens), rainbow chard, tatsoi, cilantro, radishes, cabbage...and more.  I also got some Acorn Hill Goat cheese made at a local farm.  It doesn't even remotely compare to the store bought variety.
